Yes and no. Although AI technically makes new original art, at beyond strangers, we look for creative pieces with a personal story. We encourage artists to develop art using traditional methods. Refer to our art work shops for more information and inspiration.

YES! The art piece must be original, and an authentically made by you. We DO NOT accept submissions of other people's work, such as online art pieces and copied work.

Yes, as long as the sensitive topic acts as a tool for story telling and not for discriminatory practices. For instance, a painting revolving around racial prejudice is acceptable. However, the reflection of the art or the actual art pieces SHOULD NOT endorse racism or actively aim to harm a certain minority. At Beyond Strangers, these creative pieces are developed for people to learn about strangers' experiences, and any form of hurtful content WILL NOT be accepted.
